Oleandro Apartments Rimini

The Oleandro Apartments was completely restructured in 1998. It is located in a quiet area very near the beach, on the lively and famous promenade of Marina Centro.

The complex is easily accessible with the car from A14 motorway, Rimini Sud exit, and with public transport from the railway station.
The complex is run by the proprietors from more than three generations.
The Apartments are open during summer time: applied rates are different on the basis of seasonal period.
All the apartments have a complete and functional furniture and kitchen utensils. They are confortable and spacious, with TV , air conditioning(€ 0.20 each hour) and are available in the following three typologies:

ONE-ROOM FLAT (2 beds) living room with cooking area and two beds, private bathroom, possibility of one more single bed, TV color. 
TWO-ROOMED FLAT (4 beds) living room with cooking area and a double pull out couch, large bed room, private bathroom, possibility of one more single bed, TV color. 
THREE-ROOMED FLAT (6 beds) living room with cooking area and a double pull out couch, two bedrooms (one bed can be bunk type), private bathroom, TV color.

Services

Reception office and hall available 24 hours out of 24 during the summer period.
Possibility of parking in two spacious un-attended places, on the sides of the complex.
Some apartments are equipped for disabled people.
Agreement with bathing attendant: if you rent two sunbed during the stay, it's given you a beach umbrella.
Possibility of receiving e-mail on residence computer.
Possibility of adding another single bed (possible only in some apartments).
Coin-op washing ma-chine at resident's disposal.
